How you get your stories

1. Pay on the pricing page.
2. Every story unlocks right away on the device you paid on. It is signed in for you.
3. Within a few minutes we email you a receipt and a sign-in link.
4. To play on another phone, tablet or computer, open your parent account there and sign in with the same email.

If something doesn’t arrive

If the stories haven’t unlocked, or no email has arrived within 1 hour (check your spam folder too), email info@techsahyogi.com or use our contact page. We’ll fix it within 2 business days.

Nani Katha works anywhere with an internet connection, on any modern web browser. Nothing needs to be installed.

कहानियाँ आप तक कैसे पहुँचती हैं

1. क़ीमत वाले पेज पर भुगतान करें।
2. जिस डिवाइस से भुगतान किया, उस पर हर कहानी तुरंत खुल जाती है। उस पर आप अपने-आप लॉग-इन हो जाते हैं।
3. कुछ ही मिनटों में हम आपको रसीद और लॉग-इन लिंक ईमेल करते हैं।
4. किसी दूसरे फ़ोन, टैबलेट या कंप्यूटर पर खेलने के लिए, वहाँ अपना माता-पिता का खाता खोलें और उसी ईमेल से लॉग-इन करें।

अगर कुछ न पहुँचे

अगर 1 घंटे के अंदर कहानियाँ नहीं खुलीं या कोई ईमेल नहीं आया (स्पैम फ़ोल्डर भी देखें), तो info@techsahyogi.com पर ईमेल करें या हमारा संपर्क पेज देखें। हम 2 कामकाजी दिनों में इसे ठीक कर देंगे।
