Generation of confirmation shall be subject to successful realization of funds and availability of network/service connectivity.

In case the User does not receive a confirmation despite successful payment, the User may contact Tech Sahyogi with relevant transaction details at info@techsahyogi.com.

In the event the User’s account is debited, but the transaction is unsuccessful, reversal/refund of the amount shall be subject to the policies and timelines of the concerned bank, payment gateway or payment service provider. Tech Sahyogi shall not be held liable for delays caused by banking networks, technical failures or third-party payment systems.
