Cancel any time. Refunds are simple.

The short version
- Cancel any time from your parent account. No more charges.
- Keep playing until the end of the time you paid for.
- Full refund within 14 days of any yearly payment, or of your first monthly payment.
- Wrong or double charge? Always refunded in full.
How to cancel
Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access to every story until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then the plan ends. The 2 free stories stay free.
When you get a refund

A refunded plan ends straight away, so the paid stories lock again.
How to ask for a refund
Email info@techsahyogi.com from the email you bought with, or use our contact page. Tell us roughly when you paid. Please never send card details. We reply within 2 business days.
When the money comes back
Refunds go back to the way you paid (card, UPI or bank), within 5–7 business days after we approve them. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Payments are handled by Paytm in India and Stripe outside India, and the refund goes back through the same one.
Price changes
If we ever change the price, we’ll email you at least 30 days before your next renewal, so you have time to cancel if you want to.

- कभी भी रद्द करें, अपने माता-पिता के खाते से। इसके बाद कोई पैसा नहीं कटेगा।
- खेलते रहें, जितने समय का भुगतान किया है, उसके अंत तक।
- 14 दिन के अंदर पूरा रिफ़ंड, किसी भी सालाना भुगतान पर, या पहले मासिक भुगतान पर।
- ग़लत या दो बार पैसा कटा? हमेशा पूरा रिफ़ंड।
रद्द कैसे करें
रद्द करने से आगे के सारे भुगतान रुक जाते हैं। जितने समय का भुगतान आप कर चुके हैं, उसके अंत तक हर कहानी खुली रहती है, फिर प्लान ख़त्म हो जाता है। 2 मुफ़्त कहानियाँ मुफ़्त ही रहती हैं।
रिफ़ंड कब मिलता है
| सालाना प्लान | किसी भी सालाना भुगतान (पहला हो या रिन्यूअल) के 14 दिन के अंदर माँगने पर पूरा रिफ़ंड। |

| मासिक प्लान | पहले मासिक भुगतान के 14 दिन के अंदर माँगने पर पूरा रिफ़ंड। बाद के मासिक भुगतानों का रिफ़ंड नहीं होता, पर रद्द करने से अगले भुगतान रुक जाते हैं। |

| ग़लतियाँ | दो बार कटा पैसा, या ऐसा भुगतान जिसके लिए आपने हाँ नहीं कहा, हमेशा पूरा लौटाया जाता है। |

रिफ़ंड होते ही प्लान तुरंत ख़त्म हो जाता है, और पैसे वाली कहानियाँ फिर से बंद हो जाती हैं।
रिफ़ंड कैसे माँगें
जिस ईमेल से ख़रीदा था, उससे info@techsahyogi.com पर ईमेल करें, या हमारा संपर्क पेज देखें। बताएँ कि आपने लगभग कब भुगतान किया था। कार्ड की जानकारी कभी न भेजें। हम 2 कामकाजी दिनों में जवाब देते हैं।
पैसा कब वापस आता है
रिफ़ंड उसी तरीक़े से वापस जाता है जिससे आपने भुगतान किया था (कार्ड, UPI या बैंक), हमारी मंज़ूरी के 5–7 कामकाजी दिनों के अंदर। आपके बैंक में दिखने में कुछ दिन और लग सकते हैं। भारत में भुगतान Paytm और भारत के बाहर Stripe संभालते हैं, और रिफ़ंड भी उसी के ज़रिए वापस जाता है।
क़ीमत में बदलाव
अगर हम कभी क़ीमत बदलें, तो आपके अगले रिन्यूअल से कम से कम 30 दिन पहले ईमेल करेंगे, ताकि आप चाहें तो रद्द कर सकें।
